Okay, apparently I'm too old to go out dancing two nights in a row. My back is all stiff today because reggae dancing uses back muscles that I don't normally use. Only my linguistics prof making her voice go all breathey to demonstrate what it sounds like because in some languages a breathy vowel will change the meaning of a word (much as tone will change the meaning of a word in Mandarin).
